I’ve been specializing in OCD since 2018, using effective treatments like Exposure & Response Prevention, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Inference-based CBT. I also provide 1:1 consultation and training to therapists who would like to boost their OCD treatment skills!
Panic, phobias, and worrying don’t need to run the show. I use evidence-based treatments like exposure therapy, CBT, and DBT to help you learn to deal with anxiety in a more helpful way.
Unhelpful emotional and interpersonal patterns
These patterns are like old shoes. You know the ones- they’ve got holes in them, falling apart, and aren’t even functional anymore. At one point, these shoes were helpful and got you where you needed to go. Even though they’re old and ugly, you might have trouble letting them go. I can help you heal from these deep-seated issues using Schema-informed CBT.
